Most recently President, Strategic Development, Penguin Random House US, she has led teams in audiobooks, author brand development, design, author speakers’ bureau, licensing, contracts, royalties, finance, and rights. Nina is known by colleagues for bringing both empathy and intelligence to bear in helping creatives navigate business challenges.

From a first job driving cabs in New York, Don jumped to selling Bantam Books to independent bookstores in California. Eventually, he rose to become CEO of Macmillan Publishers. By deploying marketplace expertise, an intuitive understanding of what motivates readers, and a healthy appetite for making bets, he has driven previously unknown books to the top of bestseller lists. Along the way, he's developed authors' long-term careers and mentored a generation of loyal book people.
